The Vicarage, Park Vista Greenwich.
The Vicarage on Park Vista is on the boundary of the national maritime museum and backs onto Greenwich park. This building was suffering from serious leaks and damp. Due to this being a listed building, every detail of the project had to have listed building consent from Greenwich council.
The roof had a total overhaul with the all slate tiles and 30% of the frame being replaced. The valley gutter was changed from lead to a wolfin membrane. All paint was stripped allowing us to see and repair damaged render. Lastly the full building was painted in a breathable paint.
